Capac Barn


I drive by this barn on a regular basis and finally decided to paint it ,because, one good wind storm will have it on the ground.  In its day, it was a very fancy barn.  Oil on linen panel, 11"x14"   $150.00

Another interesting subject, unable to go outdoors to paint due to the weather.  Stretched canvas 11"x14"   $150.00

Pine Cones


I never painted pine cones before , it was a real  challenge.  Oil, 16"x20"   $250.00

Near Santa Fe


This painting was done from photos I had taken the last time I was in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  The painting was done on hot press paper,  the two papers I like working on are  Arches hot press and Arches rough.  Watercolor is 9"x12" , also matted for $75.00

Rainy Day


Usually our plein air group paints out on Sundays during the summer.  This past Sunday it was raining but I decided to go paint anyway.  It was  a difficult  challenge to capture the rainy condition.   The watercolor is 9"x12" and matted  $75.00

Hollyhocks on Oakwood Road


I like to do plein aire watercolors as well as oils.  I had already done an oil at this farm in Oxford, Mi. and decided to do a watercolor ,hollyhocks are one of my favorite flowers. It is matted and is $75.00
